They have sold over 24 million albums worldwide – including 7 million in the US. A Long Day's Night is a Blue Öyster Cult live album recorded in Chicago, Illinois on 2002-06-21. It is so named because that day was 2002's summer solstice, the longest day of the year. The concert was also released on DVD, with six extra tracks. In 2004, 10 tracks from this concert were released again as "Extended Versions: The Encore Collection".
